BMI will provide two night complimentary accommodation (for agents that are not based in Ho Chi Minh).

Networking Cocktail
The evening networking cocktail is an important aspect of the workshop.
The venue will be advised the day before the workshop and all
participants are welcome to attend the networking, as it is a compulsory function of the event.
This function is designed to allow you to meet participating institutions in a relaxed environment, where canapes and drinks will be served. Only registered agents will be admitted to this networking event.

The full list of participants will be released one month before the event starts to all confirmed agencies.
In total, it will be around 30 international institutions at the event, for you to select the 21 of them, that is more suitable with your agency, so you can have a private meeting (of 25 minutes) with each one of them.

Appointments
All registered and confirmed participants will receive a login and password to the Marcom e-scheduling system. The login info will be sent to you by e-mail.
The e-scheduling system will be open approximately 1 month before the event date and you will be able to request and confirm appointments with all participating institutions. You will also be able to view a profile and contact details of each participant in the Marcom system. The event format is similar to the image below and it will be 21 private meetings of 25 minutes each. |

Can you send me the list of participants?
The list of participants (international institutions) can only release 1 month before the event. The reason is because before that period we are still doing sales and attracting them to participate in the event.
In each workshop there are between 25 to 40 institutions from the main study destinations around the world. Mainly they are from the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, European countries, China, Japan and New Zealand.

When is the deadline for apply?
The deadline is generally 1 month before the event starts. But most of the times, as there is a limited number of agencies that will be approved to participate, the workshop can be full field up to 3 months before the event starts. So the sooner you apply, the better.
Why do you require credit card information if the event is free of charge?
Due to a high number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations in our previous workshops, we had to start requiring a credit card to all agencies to guarantee their commitment, even if they are not staying at the hotel.
We need it as a guarantee of your attendance at the event as we inform to all international institutions about your participation and we print materials and book all the lunches and networking cocktail counting on the attendance of those agencies.
We only charge the penalty fee on the card in case there is a no show at the event, otherwise, we won’t charge any fee.

Can I have more than 2 participants from my agency?
Yes, as long as their are able to speak in English. Family members is not allowed in the workshop hall during the meetings.
Can you provide air tickets?
Unfortunately air tickets are not included in the workshop program.

Can I stay additional (extra) night at the hotel?
Yes. In most of our workshops we do have special rates in the official hotel in case you wish to arrive earlier to stay longer in the city.
Do you provide Airport Pick Up?
No. We recommend booking directly with the hotel; using one of the official taxi companies inside the airport or using traditional mobile apps such as Uber.
How do I schedule my meetings with the participants?
One month before the even starts you will receive your login details to the online schedulling system. Once you login to the system, you should read and update your agency profile and 3 weeks before the event, you will be able to start requesting and confirming your appointments with the participating institutions.

What is the Networking Function?
It is the evening event, where you can talk to all delegates of the event in a more relaxed environment. Drinks & Dinner will be served and it is a compulsory activity of the workshop. Dress code: Smart Casual.
